Healthy approach to Fight COVID 19
Hey ppl, it is known fact that as of now there is no cure or vaccine for eliminating Covid 19. But, i hope it will be available soon as various scientists and reasearchers are putting their full effort to bring one….
But what to untill den? Well, i got some tips and healthy approaches to build your strong immunity so that you can be safe from Covid 19 as it is the only way to tackle it or being away from getting infected…follow the below mentioned diet
Morning firstly clean your hands with hand wash for about 25 to 30 secs. Den have fibers like oats with milk and a glass of orange juice
Afternoon have some rice or chapatis with green leafy veggies and salad which should have cucumber, leafy veggies, tomatoes.
Evening around 4 pm have some tulsi tea without caffein
And finally before 6:30 pm have your dinner but lite one like poha, vermicille, upma etc..
Befor going bed, have a glass of milk with a pinch of turmeric in it
Remember, often handwash is necessary if you meet people and touch some random stuffs outside.
Chinese scientists had told a few days ago that this virus makes vulnerable or elderly people their prey quickly. To avoid this, it is very important to include high anti viral food in your diet. These things will boost the immunity system and protect you from viruses.
Coconut oil – It is better to use coconut oil instead of mustard oil or refined during cooking. It contains lauric acid and caprylic acid which boosts your immunity system and protects it from viral.
Vitamin C, rich in vitamin-C-anti-accident, also works to improve the immune system. For this, you should include things like amla, red or yellow capsicum, orange, guava and papaya in your daily diet.
Food items like berries, grapes, blue berries, cranberries, strawberries, cocoa, dark chocolate are not only effective in terms of ultraviolet rays and fungal infections, but they also protect the body from all kinds of viruses.
Many types of anti-viral elements are found in ginger-ginger. So definitely include it in your food and drink. Consuming it with fennel or honey will result in better results. Consuming ginger 3-4 times a day will keep your immune system good.
Tulsi is rich in elements, which make it better for the Tulsi-immunity system. Taking one teaspoon of basil daily in the morning improves your immune system. Consuming it with 3-4 black pepper and one spoon of honey gives your body the strength to fight against diseases.
